Can the Seahawks afford to move up for a QB?

So much speculation about the Seahawks apparent interest in some of the top QB prospects in this year's draft (they met with Drake Maye and Jayden Daniels at the combine), guys who they would no doubt have to move UP in the draft to acquire. But... can they afford it?
I'll take a look back at some trade-up scenarios in the not-too-distant past, and compare them to reports of what it might take to move up in THIS year's draft to try and make sense of it all.
