There are lots of ways to preserve fresh herbs, and drying is definitely a favorite. BUT...there are also several ways to dry fresh basil. So I conducted an experiment! A blind taste test, which helped me deduce which method of drying fresh basil netted the best smelling and tasting dried basil.
