S02: Episode 6 - Body weight strength training and 5k pacing

In this episode we discuss some basic body weight strength training moves and how to implement them alongside your running program. Meanwhile, Lisa puts Brian under pressure by running a well-paced 11:12 for the 3k as part of the first leg of their January - March 5k challenge. Lisa moved from last to 5th during the race in a field of 15 runners, demonstrating that pacing strategy is equally important on the track as it is in the marathon.
