Joe & Joe Weather Show Podcast LIVE 7:35PM 1/2/2024 Weather conditions remain mostly on the quiet side across much of the Northeast, Mid Atlantic west to the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes. A weak storm will move across the Gulf States with some rain and then offshore the Carolinas Thursday. A second system with more punch will follow across the Gulf States Friday night and Saturday with rain and then turn up the East Coast. Snow will fall in the interior Mid Atlantic and Northeast with a mix or just rain along the immediate coast. Yet another storm coming out of the Southern Plains will intensify into a major storm Tuesday into Wednesday and that will bring windswept rains to the East as well as thunderstorms and severe weather potential for the Gulf States and Southeast US. Heavy snow will fall in parts of the Central Plains to the Great Lakes and western portions of the Ohio Valley.
