Hello Podcast listeners- apologies for the long absence, working from outside my normal studio at home in Japan has been a bigger challenge than expected, but I am back and rearing to go. Over the next few weeks, I am taking a break from the usual focus on Japan, to add insights from my break in Hawaii which also help us see issues and successes in Japan more clearly.
