Documenting Tohoku Recovery with a Film about the MCT - talking with Robbie McKain & James Clark

Writer James Clark and filmmaker Robbie McKain have joined forces to do a fundraiser for a film about the Michinoku Coastal Train (MCT) in Tohoku - a 1000 km trail that was created to bring more visitors to the area to enjoy the beautiful coastal hike while supporting the communities still rebuilding after the 2011 Earthquake-Tsunami-Nuclear Power Plant triple disaster. It sounds like there are so many wonderful stories of recovery and resilience to inspire us that they are covering in their film, can't wait to see it!
