Episode 81: Marathon Season Kicks off + Josh’s taper begins

Another episode is here, and there's plenty to discuss. The marathon season kicked off in Paris and Brighton, plus there's news of another British record on the roads.
 


Josh is busy putting in some monster sessions, including a 14 miler on Sunday which puts him in about 1:59 marathon shape.


Shane is back on the grind and thanks to his background of walking on his runs, he is well versed on the history and correct terminology for the canal paths in Lincoln.
 


While Aaron, has yet again done very little running and spends 75 mins this week trying to record the show with Eliza refusing to go to bed.
