In the conclusion of our interview with Smar Pot President Kurt Reiger, we discuss the employees and the manufacturing process that makes Smart Pot the best container for growing any plant variety. Kurt speaks about the long term process of refining the product, and ultimately how he decided to manufacture these grow bags himself.One of the most interesting parts of the interview is when Kurt talks about one of our first workers, who was fresh out of a re-education camp in Vietnam, where he was a Colonel in the South Vietnamese Army!
