Effort is a Decision

I talk about the concept of "teaching effort" a lot when it comes to starting colts and training horses, but the truth is, this principle applies to everything we do in life. Each moment of each day, we have the chance to make a conscious choice about the level of effort we put forth. In this episode, I'm sharing a few examples of how making the decision to commit to effort has impacted the results I've experienced with my horses, as well as many other areas of my life.
