(2:00) He is a success story with the ketogenic lifestyle and has the nickname “KetoFiveO.” He was a police officer in Florida and shared some experiences while being an officer. (4:00) The stress of his job was adding to his negative health; he reviews his health history and his introduction to keto. (10:30) He’s turned off from medications because of the condition of people he found with pills while on duty. (14:00) Vinnie talks about the black-and-white viewpoints that some doctors have (meaning not very flexible in their approaches). His neck pain and the approach the doctor wanted to take compared to what he found worked for him. He found some natural remedies that help with relief Eric meets with others in the law enforcement and first responders community to help them get help, both with PTSD and well as metabolic help.
