(2:30) Many people start out feeling good on a vegan diet, but it is typically because they are cutting out processed foods. It’s not uncommon to give veganism up later because it doesn’t properly energize the body. Vinnie shares some of the stories he would have to deal with (wheatgrass is like blood). Anna is more neutral about the idea of plant-based. She wants to make sure people are fed to their dietary preferences. There are various things you need be careful about when eating at restaurants.
