After 75 years, has NATO become more relevant?

Over the years, it has transformed from a Cold War stronghold into a vibrant entity that, in response to Russia's aggression, has recently embraced Finland and Sweden. This enlargement enhances cohesion in countering external dangers, especially those emanating from Russia.
