Welcome to the Mommy and Maine Podcast - the official trailer is FINALLY here! Get ready, mama. This podcast dives into all things pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.  
Join me and local experts for a mix of solo episodes and interviews all with the intent to provide you the support, education, transparency, and connection you need to help with your transition to and through motherhood. Being a mom is no small feat - we are the true superheroes of the world. But sometimes, it can feel like we're drowning in responsibility; decision fatigue is real, default parenting is totally a thing, and while there's days that I feel like I kill it at being a mom, there's others where it kills me. I'm here to help you navigate the beautiful, complex journey of becoming a mother: the good and messy, ups and downs, and all the small things in between. 
We'll dive into a variety of topics including mental health and perinatal mood disorders, infant sleep, hormone and fertility health, developmental play/milestones, nutrition, finding purpose and meaning in your day, breastfeeding & formula, protecting your pelvic floor, mindfulness, social/emotional learning, birth preparation and recovery, car seats, how your relationship with your partner may change, intimacy after baby, identity loss, developing effective habits and routines, matrescence, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, adoption and foster care, the invisible loads of motherhood, body image, speech and language development, OBGYN & midwifery, sensory overload, attachment and parenting styles, pumping... the list is ENDLESS.  
I'm truly happy and grateful to have you here. This idea of mine has been circulating my brain for quite some time (and still is a work in progress!) but it's exciting to see it come to fruition. I promise you, this will serve as so much more than just a podcast.
