007 | How Chiropractic Care Improves Our Nervous System ft. Dr. Casey Winters

Release Date:

Dr. Casey is the feminine half of the Unbound Chiropractic team and a large part of what makes the practice so special. Dr. Casey was born in Alaska and raised in Minnesota. As a transplant from other cold climates, she is so pleased that Maine continues to provide the wintery wonderland that she loves best!
After earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Dr. Casey pursued her passion for healing at the Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina.
During her time there, she earned an Advanced Certification in Torque Release Technique and a Webster Certification, a technique that focuses on assisting women during and after their pregnancy.  Since then, she has continued to educate herself extensively to become a better chiropractor and has begun to strongly focus on Network Spinal.
With Webster Technique and Network Spinal, Dr. Casey is able to help women strengthen and align their pelvis and the surrounding muscle groups to function properly over the course of their pregnancies and assist with an easier birth for both mother and baby.
Dr. Casey is also very passionate about speaking to her local community about the benefits of non-traditional chiropractic and alternative health management. She is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, TBD Connections, and Westbrook’s chapter of BNI. This allows her to share the value of neurologically-based family chiropractic care with the largest possible audience.
