Rebecca takes us through the foundations of breathwork, understanding our breathing patterns and explaining what is a healthy breath. She will take you through with practical exercises including deep diaphragmatic breath.We inhale and exhale 20,00 a day, it’s automatic and we don’t have to think about it, in the way that our heart beats, our digestive system works and our eyes blink and we generally take it for granted. We get taught by our parents how to communicate, eat, cleanse ourselves but conscious breathing is not on the list. These shorts are exclusively created by Rebecca Dennis to help you find the space to breathe and experience moments of self-care through reflective, empowering and relaxing exercises.
