Most importantly WHO is Oscar?
Bridgerton Bee's Knees Recipe: 3 sprigs thyme; 1/2 oz lilac syrup; 1/4 oz honey; 2 oz Empress Gin; 1/2 oz meyer lemon; 3 drops of lavender bitters. Muddle Thyme, mix all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, and pour into a coup glass. Cheers!
