She practiced employment law at the New York City office of Proskauer Rose, LLP. Perdue is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Washington and Lee University. Professor Perdue has authored books, law review articles, and scholarly essays on various topics, including discrimination, pedagogical innovation, and animal cruelty.
