This week Grant and Zoe are joined by Farhat Popal, Immigrant Affairs Manager with the City of San Diego and former Senior Program Analyst at Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR).  Farhat talks about what the United States can do to protect Afghans in Afghanistan and support them wherever they seek refuge.
