Hola mi gente, I hope you are doing well this week. We have so much to talk about in this episode! We go from honoring amazing academic moms, our first-gen milestones, and the tough yet beautiful conversations about career changes. Which can be heartbreaking, especially when you have worked so hard to get your dream position, to then only realize, it's not what you wanted. Trust me, I have been there and so have others, but we are powering through it all, in community.
