In community our representation is stronger (Interview w/ Wendy Barba)

Hola mi gente, I hope you are doing well this week! For this episode I had the absolute honor of interviewing Wendy Barba the Vice President Mitú and Founder of Fierce by Mitú. Wendy is a first-generation graduate and was able to pave her path from college graduate to a resilient Leader in the Media space and leads a team that is passionate about uplifting our communities in many ways. Our hija de inmigrantes faced challenges such as survivors guilt when climbing to the top, but her love and passion for the Latina/o/x communities as well as experiences has kept her grounded and empowered to help.
