This is the third meditation in A Psychic’s Story Meditation Series. It is a 9-minute meditation to allow yourself to just be – to be present, to be with self, to experience oneness – whatever being present is for you. It allows you to simply be more available for whatever the moment contains, which is the practice of being more available to yourself and therefore your life. It is encouraged that you find a quiet space. If you feel so led, light a candle or some incense, use some essential oil over your third eye, and get cozy before you listen to this episode. As you listen, take note of any energies that come up for you that feel heavy.
