Episode 146 of Inside the SCCA is one that hits home. I've always said that racing is a big family... and that family crosses over from series to series. A couple of months ago one of our races went through a medical crisis and his two racing families SCCA and ChampCar watched as he fought back. James Candelaria -- Corvette racer and owner of the company that created the Sentinel Camera system needed a new heart. He and his wife documented the whole journey on their Facebook page and racers from both series chimed in with love and support. James got his new heart and he joined us this week for a simulcast of Inside the SCCA and Inside ChampCar. His story is remarkable.
