There needs to be a broader action plan and a continual set of information which can be referred to in order to prevent mistakes happening down the line. Anything you can do from a product standpoint that helps alleviate some of the challenges of the day to day is valuable. Value based care is going to become more and more important over the next decade, as healthcare payment models need to continue to evolve to support the wave of care that's going to be required. The staffing shortage is caused by healthcare systems not being able to provide enough value such that payment models can start evolving and people could get paid more.
