Millions of people in the United States are unable to walk. Lite Run hopes to help people regain that ability. The Medical Alley-based company has built a device with a technology similar to an astronaut's space suit. The Lite Run device unweights a patient by up to 50 percent of their body weight. It's not only big for the patient's physical and mental health, but it can also alleviate some of the stress of care providers and physical therapists.
