She is a 2021 Create & Cultivate Fashion 100 honoree, a 2019 Business of Fashion #BOF 500 fashion professional moving the global industry forward. Stephanie is also a celebrated TEDx speaker and an academic who teaches one annual fashion marketing college course. Featured in over 30 articles, she is a trusted voice at the intersection of fashion and disability. Stephanie is a woman with a disability working in the fashion industry to empower her community to dress with dignity and independence. Her adaptive fashion journey began thirty years ago as an advocacy campaign and has become her life's work. She has a M.A.C., an M.A. in Fashion Journalism, and annually lectures on fashion marketing. In addition, Stephanie is an executive DE&I council member for one of the largest media conglomerates in the United States.
