Episode 40: The Pretend Assistant

Sometimes when we become overwhelmed with all the tasks that are on our plates, we can talk to our assistant as a way of getting out all tasks in a more tangible way. But when we don't have an assistant, we can pretend that we do in order to help ourselves sort all those things out.
