I'd say, the locals prefer it that way.  Generally, when Chukar hunting gets good (Dec, Jan, Feb) most people shift their thoughts to milder temperatures. Wyoming is a wild place, and the residents have to be a little wild as well. Jared grew up in Lander, Wyoming. He now works for the Bureau of Land Management and now helps manage the public resources he grew up exploring.
