Release Date:

Adventure Awaits!

Our mission is to help runners take their next step along their ultra
running journey. Well a 250 mile race is one helluva big step and we
invite you to go on that trip with us. The Cocodona 250 debuted in 2021 and has been a huge success from day one.

This race is 250.1 miles. You have 125 hours to finish. The overall
elevation gain is 40, 154 feet with a cumulative loss of 34,958 feet.
Runners will use portions of the Black Canyon National Recreation Trail, the Prescott Circle Trail, Sedona, the Arizona Trail and the Flagstaff Loop Trail. You will see everything that Arizona has to offer.

In addition to the 250, there are other distances for you to check out, including the Sedona 125, Elden Crest 38, and a 4th distance to be announced soon!

What does it take to run a 250 mile race? Joining us on the show is the race director of the Cocodona 250, Steve Aderholt, to help answer that question.

Enjoy the show? Please leave us rating and comment to share the love! We appreciate you taking the time to join us.
