I know it takes so much courage & strength to be open about your food struggles.Your doctor 👉🏻will convince you that you’re just stressed & depressed.Your therapist👉🏻will focus on going back to your childhood & working on your relationships.Your nutritionist👉🏻will give you a meal plan but make it flexible so it’s not “so restrictive”Your loved ones👉🏻will try to make you feel better by telling you that they overeat too (even though you know you’re not just overeating)I see you & you are not broken🙏🏻It’s really hard to get support from someone who’s never struggled with binge eating themselves.PS- these are all valid questions they’re asking.
