I am a fanatic about my calendar and blocking time, plus getting reminders.   2. My time was much easier to manage now that my kids have flown the nest!   3. I set up regular Routines – and rework them regularly.   4. I know what I need to help focus – sometimes it’s my focus music, and sometimes it’s caffeine!  5. I set a lot of deadlines!  6. I know my main projects (or goals) for each week and each month – long-term vs. short-term content, new courses, partners, marketing focus, etc.  7. I type fast – keyboard that works with both my computer and my phone -8. I read fast. 9. I try to organize my files – so I’m not wasting time hunting for things. 10. I try to eliminate time-consuming chores (getting groceries, mowing the lawn). 11.
