Dream Team do THE ROC Wales 2023

After 9 months of training, a group of female listeners aka 'The Dream Team' head to North Wales, to take on THE ROC triathlon to inspire other women and raise money for MOVE Charity. THE ROC Wales offers a unique race format, involving a sea swim, cycling to the bottom of the highest mountain in Wales, a run up and down Yr Wyddfa, cycling back to the start and a 1km run on the beach to finish.
