Cultivating Joy

In times of sadness, stress, even grief, we find glimmers of joy. It is so much easier to create a smile than a frown. When we peel back the layers of protection, floss through to reveal your true joy within. This meditation is one of my favourites. I practice it when times are difficult when the world seems to be against me and then I pause. It ain't all bad. Tapping into the joy within, the resistance to perfection, getting things done feels so much easier. Enjoy this meditation and feel the joy bubble up.
