Bigotry Under The Christmas Tree (A Special Holiday Special)

Happy holidays! This week, since it's that special time of year, we're talking about Christmas movies! In a roundabout way. We're actually talking about a lot of the behind-the-scenes machinations behind the made-for-TV holiday movie factory, and how things in this industry have changed since a very big story broke in 2019. It's a story that deals with racism, homophobia, Christian conservatives, and a whole lot of other heavy topics, so if you don't want to deal with that stuff during your holiday break, feel free to skip this very special episode. But if you want to hear about how things are changing for the better in this industry in terms of representation and diversity, and how there are a handful of very vocal people in positions of power trying their damnedest to stand in the way of progress, tune in!
