We return to William Ramsey Investigates, to discuss A Scanner Darkly, the Richard Linklater adaptation of the Philip K. Dick novel. This bleak film gives us the chance to talk about the drug war psyop, how surveillance and intelligence culture erode identity, and some reservations about Linklater's work.
