Ms. Peterson a science news writer, who reports on issues relating to climate change, catastrophe and risk for KQED, a Public Broadcasting Service member television station in San Francisco. In the past, she has was environmental correspondent at Southern California Public Radio. Her work has appeared at the New York Times, The Guardian, as well as NPR and other national outlets. She has recently reported on a range of issues such as floods, forest fires and others.
