They discuss the PatBO flagship boutique retail store within the Design District in Miami, FL.You can see the project here as you listen along.More than just a store; this space transforms the shopping experience into a work of art. The scope is a tenant improvement of 2,700 square feet over two floors, including cutting through the existing concrete slab to install a feature stair. The exterior was also modified to create visible separation from the adjacent stores.
