In this episode, I review the highs and lows of my 2023. This look back at 2023 fueled immense gratitude, highlighting my many experiences—trials, tribulations, celebrations, and vacations. It became evident that we rarely pause to appreciate our journey. The first half of my year was marked by frenzied energy as I navigated the challenges of launching and sustaining a membership model. Burnout hit hard, leading to a profound realization about the impact of my thoughts on success.
