2. What Does an Architectural Designer Do?

The differences between an Architect and an Architectural Designer; also, interior architecture and interior design. How, knowing which professional to engage is important. How having a block of land in mind can be useful, instead of fitting a floorplan to a block afterwards. Location, building materials and energy efficiency are all part of the planning process. 3D models are useful to walk through the homeland get a feel for it. Maximising all spaces on the plan to suit your lifestyle. Selecting finishing materials within the home, or what would traditionally be known as the pre-start phase. Collaborating with other specialist trades in the industry to complete the work.
