Here’s what you’re going to do: You’re going to take a snapshot of where you are in business, right now You’re going to think about exactly where you want to be in business a year from now You’re going to identify the “changes”, and put them in order of priority And as you do this, you’ll be able to see what you should focus on to get the results you want. This is an exercise I do every year. It helps me get clear on what I really want, and actually, see where I need to focus so that I reach my goals. Give it a try. It’s simple and fun.
