This episode was inspired by the TikTok trend started when old clips of Yolanda Hadid’s communication with her superstar model daughter Gigi Hadid on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that took the internet by storm. Those video clips sparked an important conversation around how our upbringing with mom’s and really ANY family member can impact our relationship with food and even how we “diet” for our dream bodies. In this episode I talk about how you can successfully navigate the holidays (and every day) with an Almond Mom, what to do when comments can send you in a healthy eating spiral, and unpack how to break this cycle of fad dieting once and for all.
