#16: Looking Into Generosity with Scott MacGregor

What would it look like to have all of your friends come together to write a book that inspires and ignites change in those who read it? Well our guest today did just that with his most recent book, Standing O! Tribute. 
Scott is the founder and CEO of SomethingNew LLC, one of the fastest-growing talent strategy companies in the country. He is the author of the Standing O! Series, an anthology filled with stories from famous athletes, models, business moguls, and even our host, Stephynie Malik. In addition, Scott has experience in philanthropy with his company’s social mission called SomethingGood. 
Today Steph sits down with Scott to talk about how Scott has been able to stay so positive and create lasting relationships, the keys to hiring great employees and how giving back can really change your life.
