They say that friends enter your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. 

And that each is special. 

So today we honor all the seasons of our friendships,

Respecting them all,

No matter how long they lasted,

Or how they ended or evolved.

No matter what they look like now,

Compared to what we wish they were.  

There is beauty in every kind of friendship. 

And none of them are alike. 

You change.

They change.

The friendship changes. 

And it’s all good. 

Even friendships that have ended in pain,

Have experiences and lessons to share. 

Friendships that looked differently years ago,

Still have their own beauty.

So be here now,

Relaxed and calm,

And honor all the seasons of your friendships.

Respecting and appreciating each one for what it was,

And what it is.
