Because of this, instead of running away from something, you sometimes should run toward it. But in reality, you're constantly working because it’s an all-consuming endeavor. You can't take a sick day or a paycheck for granted. Lauren loves it because she’s disciplined and will get things done. Ultimately, your clients become your boss. You’re solely responsible for handling contracts, collecting payments, and taking care of a team.
