Welcome to the Peak Endurance podcast! Episode 173 is another interview with Pam Muston. I have had Pam on the podcast before, way back in early 2020. She is a great friend of mine, and an amazing athlete. Pam has been running since the early 80s and in this chat, we discuss how she has managed to run all this time without every getting injured! Amazing huh!! At the end of the interview, she shares her 3 main tips to achieve such a streak, so make sure you stay tuned till the very end! We did this chat the day before the Sri Chinmoy 100k where Pam won the 60-69 age group as the beginning of her training for Coast to kosci.
