In this episode, Yvonne N. Harris talks with Kim Nelson, Chief Operating Officer for True Elements, a company advancing a new era of water intelligence. Kim spent much of her career focused on local, state, and federal government issues. She worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in staff, management, and executive roles.
