For some reason, the media is insisting that Donald Trump’s border plan is to leave the border open—even though he has repeatedly stated his intention to close the border as soon as he returns to office. Though the Biden administration hopes to convince the public that there is no southern border crisis, illegal immigration is one of the major issues Americans will be voting on in the 2024 presidential election.
