Zacca knocks out another week, going to a staple fartlek session in the rain, and we have a deep dive into the progress of his knee, with an update and insights from the man who has got him back on the park,  James Telford from  Physiolife. James talks about the injury, his diagnosis, what steps he has introduced to get him back on track that can be applicable to all runners, before leaving us with some tips to help bulletproof you from getting injured.

Chris continues to rebuild with some more ks under the belt before getting some speed back into the legs with his first session, as all roads lead towards his pacing gig at the Wellness Run.
Around the grounds features some results from Josh Harris stable, including young legend Archie Payne breaking 40mins and embarking on another MND fundraiser.
The boys finish the show as they announce they are hunting for some pacers for the wellness run, with details released on socials.
