Matt Fitzgerald; how to run every race at your real limit!

Release Date:

Hi and welcome back to the podcast. My name is Isobel Ross and I am the coach at Peak Endurance Coaching.
Episode 175 is my fifth interview with the brilliant author Matt Fitzgerald. I have previously interviewed him about his books 80/20 which discusses the concept of running easy for 80% of your training and hard for 20%, How Bad Do You Want It? Which delved into the topic of mindset and mental toughness and “The Comeback Quotient” which talked about athletes turning bad situations around and his book  called: ‘Run Like a Pro (Even if you’re slow), elite tools and tips for runners of every level.’ His latest book is called ‘On Pace: Discover How To Run Every Race at your Real Limit’, which is obviously all about pacing when racing! I am a big believer in racing by feel, and you will be too after this interview! I will post the link to Matt’s book in the show notes. You can definitely get it on Kindle, and I think it’s showing now you might be able to get it in paperback!
