i have never made myself orgasm, and it wasn't until recently that i really experienced one. i've never really talked about this publicly, but in this episode, we're going to dive deep into it. a lot of my healing recently has brought me to more awareness about the unhealthy dynamic in which i learned about intimacy and pleasure, and it's still a mental block for me today that i'm hoping to work through. let's dive in!
