Everything had to be right. And the growth that comes with letting go and not having to be perfect is a big part of this conversation. It’s so beautiful to see when newer coaches can say, hey, it’s okay, I don’t have to be perfect. But just to be so present with their client that they create this bubble. And they, they forget about the next question that they’re just so present with them. Just hearing the magnificence of what comes from the client.As one of the first pioneers and champions of professional coaching.
